This blog is designed to update lawyers and others about troubles that lawyers find themselves in. I hope encourages better lawyering.  The blog is based on my experiences and service on the Indiana State Bar Assoc. Legal Ethics Committee for more than a decade, on the ISBA Clients’ Financial Assistance Fund, as chair of the ISBA Special Committee on the Attorney Surrogate Rule, and representing lawyers before the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission on complaints of violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
